Certificate collection in person or by post
Official certificates arrive at our office in Aulario Rosa Gálvez (Teatinos Campus) approximately five weeks after the exam results are published. When they arrive, we notify candidates via email so that they may collect them. Candidates have a period of one year to collect their certificates, after which time the certificates will be destroyed.
If a candidate cannot collect their certificate, an authorised person can collect it for them provided they present the following authorisation form at our office. Download authorisation form.
Parents who wish to collect a certificate for their children under age 18 do not need authorisation, but rather can come to our office and show the original ID cards of both the parent and the child.
See the timetable for collection in the contact tab.
We also offer the possibility of sending the certificates by courier. Candidates must cover the costs incurred and are responsible for any incidents that may occur during delivery.
Requests for postal delivery of certificates issued before 2020 must be made using the following form. Download request form.
For calls held after 2020, requests for postal delivery of certificates will be done through the candidate’s Private Area.
