It should be read carefully; lack of knowledge of its content does not excuse non-compliance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cemdesk.com\/fguma\/terms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terms and conditions<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cemdesk.com\/fguma\/termspresencial\/\">Terms and conditions for Linguaskill &#8220;Face to Face&#8221;<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cemdesk.com\/fguma\/termsencasa\/\">Terms and conditions for Linguaskill &#8220;At home&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fguma.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/IDIOMAS\/Acreditaciones\/2019\/cambridge\/CER_6071b_V1_OCT18_Notice_to_Candidates_2019_AP_WEB.pdf\">Notice for candidates<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Special needs<\/h2>\n<p>If you need special arrangements for your Cambridge English Qualifications exam (Note: this is not possible for Linguaskill or for Cambridge English Qualifications \u00abComputer Based\u00bb), you must request it within the first two days of the registration period (or beforehand by email). Please send the medical documentation that supports your request to <a href=\"mailto:cambridge@fguma.es\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cambridge@fguma.es<\/a>. You must also tick the &#8220;Special Requirements&#8221; box when registering.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Enrolment cancellation and refunds\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Enrolment fees will only be refunded in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Illness (accredited by a medical certificate).<\/li>\n<li>Death of a family member (accredited by a death certificate).<\/li>\n<li>Other justified causes (to be evaluated by Cambridge UK).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Refunds will not be given if a candidate fails to attend the Speaking paper exam due to problems receiving the informational email.<br \/>\nIt is the students&#8217; responsibility to contact our Cambridge department if they have not received information about the Speaking paper exam 10 days before the date of the Written papers.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Claims must be submitted within a month of taking the Written papers.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must contact Corey Schuster, FGUMA Cambridge Department Coordinator, by email to: <a href=\"mailto:cambridge@fguma.es\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cambridge@fguma.es<\/a>.
