During the visits, the Destination UMA counsellors inform students about each of the degrees, minimum grades, requirements for being awarded Ministry of Education grants, and the UMA Accommodation Service. Any questions students may have are answered and they are encouraged to study at the UMA after taking their University entrance exams.
After a general informative talk, the Destination UMA team plans a visit according to the preferences and interests of the pre-university students. From here, the so-called University cicerones continue with the tour, giving talks on their centre’s degrees and showing them the facilities.
