Innovation, transfer, and training to promote gastronomy, food, and tourism.

The Gastrocampus of Innovation, promoted by the University of M谩laga through the Faculty of Tourism, aims to become a forum for debate, innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and multidisciplinary training in the fields of gastronomy, food, and tourism.

The main aim is to integrate subjects from different areas of knowledge holistically under the umbrella of gastronomy as an innovative element in the development of tourism, health, and anthropological-cultural knowledge of 21st century society.

The purpose of Gastrocampus is to contribute to the work of the Faculty of Tourism and the University of Malaga in laying the foundations of knowledge, research, transfer, and training in culinary sciences, thus generating new knowledge in this area.
