DIALOGUE WITH Aitor Sánchez

DIALOGUE to debunk myths about nutrition with Aitor Sánchez

After the success of the first Dialogue series with renowned teacher César Bona as speaker, the series returned on 16 March 2017 at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Málaga.

On this occasion, we had the opportunity to talk about nutrition and the myths that surround it with Aitor Sánchez, currently one of the most active commentators in this field. He was interviewed by Susana Escudero, journalist for Canal Sur Radio.

Aitor Sánchez is a dietitian-nutritionist and food technologist.

He holds two postgraduate degrees in Human Nutrition and in Genetic, Nutritional, and Environmental Determinants of Growth and Development. He wrote his doctoral thesis on nutrition education and outreach after having spent time at various centres such as the Karolinska Institutet and the University of Bristol.

He is the author of the blog and book “Mi Dieta Cojea” and is co-founder of the Aleris Nutrition Centre. He does scientific outreach through programmes such as Tips on La 2, Esto me Suena on Radio Nacional, and #NutriciónRTVE.
